Users are not encouraged to provide personal data in the open feedback field, and feedback is not responded to. THL uses the feedback to develop the pages.

With the Snoobi Analytics service, THL collects general statistical data on visits and visitors, which is used for website development and quality control.
Data is collected without cookies, in accordance with Snoobi’s cookieless tracking. The visitor’s IP address is not stored in full, and only the geographical location is determined. The location data is indicative: accurate at country level and moderately accurate at regional and city level.
Snoobi does not collect information about choices made by users in health-related calculators on thl.fi, such as the alcohol calculator.
Snoobi data is collected regardless of the choices made in the cookie settings.

Third-party applications are subject to their own terms of use and other conditions. The operation of these cookies cannot be controlled via the cookie settings on thl.fi.
For YouTube videos, a nocookie solution is used on thl.fi to prevent third-party cookies when you access a page with an embedded video. However, user data may still be transmitted to YouTube when you interact with the embed, for example by clicking it.
