Cost of calls to 029 numbers

Please note that when calling numbers starting with 029, both the call and any waiting time are charged according to your operator’s local network or mobile call rates.

Charges are determined by the caller’s operator pricing. The operator may also charge a separate per-minute fee. Numbers starting with 029 are usually not included in call packages. You can check possible charges with your own operator.

The Finnish Institute for Health and Welfare does not charge any additional or service fees for calls.
