Organisation

  • The overall management of THL's activities is the duty of the THL management team.
  • THL has five departments: Public Health and Welfare, Health Security, Government Services, Knowledge Brokers and Enabling Services. The departments are further divided into units and teams.
  • In addition, the research and development work that implements THL's strategic goals is managed through horizontal themes. They are cross-cutting themes for the entire organisation.
  • The Data Permit Authority operates in conjunction with THL.
