Nordic Public Health Conference 2017 in Aalborg Denmark
The 12th Nordic Public Health Conference will take place in Aalborg, Denmark in August 2017. Since 1987, a Nordic Public Health Conference has been held every three years in close collaboration between the five Nordic countries: Norway, Sweden, Iceland, Finland and Denmark.
The conference title is “Public health in welfare societies undergoing changes – how do we create socially sustainable solutions?”.
The conference is an arena for dialogue, experience sharing and innovation across the Nordic countries dealing with initiatives and policies in the field of public health.
The contents of the conference primarily target planners, practitioners and NGOs in the field of public health. Other target groups for the conference are scientists, research institutions, professional associations and private stakeholders.
The call for abstracts is open. The deadline for submitting abstracts is 31 October 2016. It will be possible to register for the conference from February 2017.
