An important task of the municipality is to promote the well-being, health and functioning of its older residents in collaboration with other parties.

The aim of end-of-life care is to promote quality of life and ensure a dignified death.

It is important to support informal carers to prevent exhaustion

Properly coordinated support that meets the needs prevents exhaustion in informal carers and improves quality of life of the person who needs care.

The RAI assessment is carried out together with the client. The comprehensive service needs assessment examines the client’s resources and the need for care and other help.
