Terms of Reference
- Assist WHO on request in collecting, collating and disseminating best practices in alcohol policy.
- Participate on request by WHO in WHO Headquarters and EURO research, data collection implementation projects especially regarding alcohol taxation and availability.
- On request by WHO examine ongoing changes in the alcohol market and availability of alcohol and assess the potential effects it may have for regulations of alcohol availability globally.
