Dissemination of the “Together against substance misuse” -program in the Republic of Karelia and its implementation in the further education of teachers

The object of the project was to elaborate further and to disseminate the “Together against substance misuse” -programme and its materials so that they can be utilized in the whole Republic of Karelia. A complimentary study unit has been created to the curriculum of “Institute for further education for professionals on education of the Republic of Karelia”, which gives readiness as well as the materials to use the program at the schools. A guide on non-smoking school activities has also been produced. The project was funded by the Finnish Government.
