Strengthening and implementing the human rights legislation and minority protection in line with European standards.

Objectives

Strengthened framework for protection of human rights and prevention of discrimination of vulnerable groups, improved capacities of the Commissioner for Protection of Equality to prevent and fight against discrimination at local level and enhanced capacities of human rights defenders and national councils of national minorities.

Implementation

Expert missions to Serbia from Austria, Slovenia and Finland, work in close cooperation with the beneficiary. Outputs are consultative papers, workshops, manuals, recommendations.
