Support to the development of Alternative Dispute Resolutions in Albania
The project aims to strengthen and promote the use of Alternative Dispute Resolution methods in Albania.
Objectives
The project's overall objective is to increase the efficiency and self-sustainability of Alternative Dispute Resolution services in Albania. The purpose is to support the further development of mediation and arbitration services in Albania.
Implementation
The project will be implemented in cooperation with Ministry of Justice and National Chamber of Mediation in Albania and THL in partnership with the Czech Probation and Mediation Service. During its implementation the project will provide Finnish and Czech expertise to Albania. The experts will collaborate with the beneficiary country representatives in different activities mostly in the field of Mediation.
