The survey was conducted by the Finnish Student Health Service (FSHS) in 2000, 2004, 2008, 2012, and 2016. The National Institute for Health and Welfare has conducted the survey in 2021 and 2024.
The results of previous studies have been published as phenomenon reports and indicator tables.

The data from the 2021 and 2024 KOTT surveys can be accessed through the Finnish Social Science Data Archive (Tietoarkisto) and Social and Health Data Permit Authority (Findata):
