Copies of the material stored at THL are available for a fee. Copies can also be requested by phone, e-mail or post, if the person requesting the material submits the necessary data for identifying the material. All prices include VAT.
Services provided under the Act on the Openness of Government Activities
A copy of a document in paper form by using a copier or a multifunction printer, paper sizes A4 and A3. Self-service copying at THL's Archives or Registry:
- A4 (BW) 0,20 €/page.
- A3 (BW) 0,40 €/page.
Copies taken by THL’s staff
- 1–10 pages (A4, BW): 10 €. Each next 10 pages (A4, BW): 5 €.
- 1–10 pages (A3, BW): 20 €. Each next 10 pages (A3, BW): 10 €.
The minimum charge for copies sent by post is 10 €.
Service for researchers
Researchers are provided access to a large number of documents at THL's premises (the service includes locating, retrieving and delivering of documents, researcher services, i.e., guidance and consulting, as well as the use of premises) for the fee of 100 €/hour. The minimum charge is for 30 minutes.
