Reporting misconduct
Are you currently or were you an employee, trainee, or cooperation partner of THL, such as a cleaner or a consultant? If you suspect a breach of certain areas of law in THL's activities, you can safely report it through a reporting channel.
You will be protected in accordance with the Whistleblower Act when you report misconduct that you have detected in a work-related context, for example, in relation to public procurement or public health. Your identity will be confidential information and your report may be handled only by persons separately named for it. The Act prohibits any action against the person reporting misconduct.
Preconditions for submitting a report
You can report misconduct if
- at the time of reporting, you have reasonable grounds to believe that the information about a breach is true
- the information concerning the breach falls within the scope of the Whistleblower Act
Familiarise yourself with the scope of the Act (Office of the Chancellor of Justice) - you have detected the misconduct in the course of your work.
How to report
If you do not have access to THL’s intranet, you can submit a report in the external reporting channel of the Office of the Chancellor of Justice.
