How to get here
We recommend that you arrive by public transport, as there are few parking spaces in Tilkanmäki. There is space allocated for bikes at the main entrance.
It is easy to reach Tilkanmäki by bus or tram from the centre of Helsinki. The nearest stops are Tilkka and Ruskeasuo.

Parking
A few parking spaces are available for visitors in front of the main door. Parking spaces are marked on the Tilkanmäki illustrated map above. On arrival, collect a visitor's parking permit from the reception. Parking in the area is monitored and illegal parking will incur a fine.
Reception
Tilkanmäki reception is located at the main entrance. All visitors must report at the reception. The reception staff will be happy assist you.
The reception is open on weekdays at 8–16.15.

Accessibility
THL's main building is accessible. Meetings and other events are arranged in the meeting centre located in the main building.
There are three accessible parking spaces near the main entrance. Visitors can be escorted to the main entrance by car. The door is automatic. There is a lowered lobby desk for persons using wheelchair.
Some of the meeting facilities are located on the entrance floor and some on floor 0, which is accessible by a lift. Accessible restrooms are located on both floors.
Signs direct visitors around the facilities. To assist visually impaired persons, the signs use embossed letters and there are floor markers for the different routes. The lifts are equipped with a floor annunciator.
There is an induction loop to boost hearing aid in the lobby, in meeting halls (sali) 1, 2 and 3, and at the cafeteria cash desk. Special attention has been paid to acoustics in the building in general.
Deliveries
Goods should be delivered to the courtyard of K building, which can be accessed from Paimionkuja 7. Pass through the gate, continue along the road, then turn left before the uphill slope. There are signs to mark the route.
Alternatively, you can enter by coming around the property at Mannerheimintie 164.
