The Development and Guidance Unit
- is responsible for the institute’s strategy work and coordinates performance management
- develops and maintains the institute’s management system and the related evidence-based practices and tools
- produces services to support the institute’s management, service and project management, RDI activities and international coordination
- manages and organises the overall development of the institute and the related evidence-based practices
- manages and organises the institute’s enterprise architecture and information management work.
