Follow these steps
Agree in advance by email or phone on the sending of microbial strains and genome samples. Agree separately on how sequence data will be sent.
Send the microbial strains and genome samples to the laboratory in Kuopio so that they arrive the following morning. Remember to fill in the consignment form for microbial strains isolated from water carefully, either electronically or by hand. The form may be submitted by email or included as a printed version with the shipment.
THL will confirm the arrival of the shipment by email or phone.
