The Project identifies preventable social factors and processes that led to fatal life situations for young people.

The Project looks for means to prevent fatal trajectories among youth and to enhance understanding of how inequality, exclusion, and overall ill-being play out in young people’s lives.

The Project will be conducted by researchers from the Finnish Institute for Health and Welfare, the Finnish Youth Research Society, and the universities of Helsinki, Tampere and Turku in broad collaboration with young people and interaction partners in practical fields and administration.
