Obesity prevention among children in the Nordic countries

The prevalence of childhood and adolescent obesity is rising worldwide also in the Nordic countries. Addressing childhood obesity requires a society in its entirety approach, consideration of the environmental context and of the critical time periods in the life-cycle.
