KOTT survey raffle prize

All respondents to the The Finnish Student Health and Wellbeing Survey (KOTT) will be entered into a draw for:
- 60 S Group gift cards of EUR 50
Only those invited to the KOTT survey can participate in the draw. All those who responded to the survey will be entered into the draw automatically, so you do not have to register separately for it – just submit or send in your form.
The draw will take place at the Finnish Institute for Health and Welfare, and it will be based on questionnaire IDs. The sample manager (who does not process the data contained in the questionnaires) will then link the winning IDs with names and email addresses.
The name and contact details of the winners will not be published. Winners will be notified personally.
The draw will take place 17.5.2024. The prizes will be delivered to the winners by mail from the Finnish Institute for Health and Welfare's Helsinki offices.
