The Communications and Influencing Unit

• is responsible for the strategic development of THL’s communications
• is responsible for THL’s internal and external communications as well as for the communication channels and products
• enhances interaction between THL and different stakeholder groups and maintains community channels
• helps representatives of the media find reliable information and expert contacts
• endorses THL, its products and expertise
• pursues stakeholder co-operation and scanning
• is responsible for communications in special situations
• helps THL's departments achieve their impact targets
• promotes the implementation of THL's strategy by means of communications.
