The HR and Finance unit produces services related to the department’s human and financial resources:
- coordinates, steers and supports personnel and financial planning
- supports personnel and financial management
- monitors and reports
- provides travel and procurement services
- supports competence management and development
- ensures high-quality recruitment and internal mobility services
- advises supervisors on employment relationships
- coordinates the application and development of the pay system
- supports the personnel and management in change situations
- ensures the organisation of occupational health services and the maintenance and development of well-being at work
