FINELI - the National Food Composition Database

Fineli is a database maintained by the Nutrition Unit of the Finnish Institute for Health and Welfare (THL). Information about the average nutrient contents of Finnish foods and food products used in Finland has been compiled in the database.

The food database includes over 4,000 foods and 55 nutrient factors. Users can apply the Fineli online service to monitor their own food consumption and use it to calculate their nutrition intake.
