Accessibility statement of Lyyti service

This accessibility statement applies to Lyyti event management software, which THL uses for collecting event participant information and feedback. The statement is based on Lyyti’s accessibility evaluation report and has been created on 9 January 2025.

Accessibility status

According to Lyyti, the software meets all the AA-level and A-level criteria of the WCAG 2.1 guidelines.

Lyyti’s accessibility has been tested internally by Lyyti in 2020. The accessibility evaluation report is available on Lyyti’s website.

We will report all shortcomings in the accessibility of Lyyti to the service provider and request that they are fixed. 

Implementation procedure

If you notice accessibility issues in the service, first give feedback to us. Receiving a response may take 14 days. If you are not satisfied with the response or you receive no response within two weeks, you can provide feedback to the Finnish Transport and Communications Agency Traficom Digital Accessibility Supervision Unit.
