 The Service System Unit 

• is responsible for strategic cooperation with wellbeing services counties
• is responsible for THL’s statutory assignment to assess the organisation of healthcare and social welfare
• develops the strategic data content and reporting on the monitoring, evaluation and steering of wellbeing services counties
• develops methods and promotes the assessment, co-creation and implementation of evidence-based practices with different stakeholders
• researches, develops and offers expertise on cultural diversity and equity and their mainstreaming.
