Knowledge Management and Co-Creation
The Knowledge-Based Management and Co-Creation Unit supports the municipalities and providers of health and social services in their provision of effective and non-discriminatory services using methods based on co-creation, evaluation and knowledge-based management.
The unit monitors and evaluates the promotion of well-being and health and produces health and well-being information in order to support planning, development and decision-making at the local, regional and national level.
The tasks of the unit include
- Supporting the implementation of the Future health and social services centre programme and the Live-at-Home Technology for the Elderly (KATI) programme
- The implementation of the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) toolkit and supporting co-creation work and aggregation of RAI-benchmarking data
- TOIMIA network and database
- School Health Promotion Study
- TEAviisari – a tool for benchmarking health promotion capacity
- The FinLapset survey and register
- Assessment of the social welfare and health care service system
