From Nollalinja, you can get information about the availability of places in shelters near you. However, Nollalinja cannot guarantee you a place in a shelter; after the referral, you must also personally contact the shelter to make arrangements for your stay.
The Nollalinja system also includes accessibility information for all shelters and details on the shelters that allow pets. In addition, Nollalinja has a comprehensive service directory with contact information for regional and national support organisations.
