The Online Handbook on Disability Services supports local social workers in the municipalities in their work and decision-making with people with disabilities.
In the Finnish Institute for Health and Welfare (THL), we think it is important that all services are accessible. In order to lead a full life, persons with disabilities also need special services that are individually designed and functional.
THL studies and develops disability services. It raises attention to the needs of people with disabilities and to accessibility in society.
