Diagnoses and need for treatment

Based on the findings from the baseline examination about one in three participants were invited to the re-examination. At that examination, a doctor made a diagnostic evaluation and assessed the need for treatment and required measures. Based on the evaluation, part of the participants was directed to treatment. Of special interest were cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, lung asthma, and kidney-, hematological-, and thyroid gland diseases.
