About the data in more detail

Description of the statistics

THL monitors influenza vaccination coverage and reports in real time on the progress of vaccinations using the national vaccination register.

Due to issues related to recording vaccinations and transferring data, the actual vaccination coverage may be higher than the figures in the vaccination register.

Update schedule

The coverage data will next be updated in autumn 2026 to cover the entire 2025–2026 vaccination season.
