Questionnaires in the survey 2025–2026
The content of the questionnaire is based on the European Health Interview Survey (EHIS wave 4).
The respondents are divided into two age groups: 15–54-year-olds and over-55-year-olds. Questionnaire can be filled in three languages: Finnish, Swedish and English.

The respondents are divided into three age groups: 20–54-year-olds, 55–74-year-olds and over-75-year-olds. Questionnaire can be filled in four languages: Finnish, Swedish, English and Russian.
Content of the forms in the survey 2022–2023
The questionnaires consisted of a basic part and a possible section containing additional questions.
