Method description

• Samples are pretreated enzymatically. The quantification is performed with a liquid chromatograph coupled to a triple quadrupole mass spectrometer (LC-MS/MS).

Limit of quantification

• 0.25–2.5 ng/ml

• Sample container: glass or polypropylene (PP)
• Minimum sample amount: 1.0 ml
• Maximum storage time: +7°C for 3 days, -18°C for at least 20 years, -70°C or in liquid nitrogen indefinitely
