Fifth International Conference of the IPS European Learning Community

Please save the dates for the 5th annual IPS European Learning Community Conference.
The event will be held in the Finnish Institute for Health and Welfare (THL). Tuesday's speeches are live streamed and can be followed remotely, too. The stream will not be recorded.

Timing

Monday 15th September 

• optional evening event in the city centre at 5–9 pm   

Tuesday 16th September 

• registration, coffee and networking from 8:30 am 
• conference at 10 am – 5 pm (incl. complimentary lunch)
• self-funded conference dinner in the city centre at 7:30 pm  

Wednesday 17th September 

• morning coffee at 9:00 – 9:30 am
• conference workshops at 9:30 am – 12:30 pm
• networking complimentary lunch together before heading home at 12:30 – 2:00 pm 
• the event ends at 2:00 pm 

Registration 

• Registration will be opened for persons working with the IPS model in Europe and Finland in January 2025.

• Seats in the conference hall are limited. This is why registration for other interested participants will be opened later in spring 2025.

• All interested are warmly welcome to follow the conference's first day (Tuesday 16th) speeches remotely!

Program

• The preliminary conference program and workshops will be published in January 2025.
• Each country will receive an advance assignment concerning your own IPS service during spring 2025.

Please note

• The conference days are Tuesday and Wednesday. We warmly recommend that you arrive on Monday – extra evening event will be organised free of charge on Monday evening. 

• The conference participation, conference lunches and Monday evening extra event are free of charge.

• You will need to pay for your own travel expenses and hotel and the conference dinner on Tuesday evening.

• Consider who you would like to send from your country.
