The IPS Team of our institute warmly thanks all participants and speakers of the Helsinki IPS Conference! Materials of the Conference have been sent to all registered participants.
You are warmly welcome to the 5th annual IPS European Learning Community Conference.
The event will be held in the Finnish Institute for Health and Welfare (THL). Tuesday's speeches are live streamed and can be followed remotely, too. The stream will not be recorded.

The conference participation, workshops and conference lunches are free of charge.
Timing
All times are in Helsinki time (CET+1 / UTC+3).
Monday 15th September
- Self-funded, independent leisure activity i.e. in Helsinki's many public saunas - the most courageous ones can dip into the sea. We have prepared a list of saunas and other interesting sites for you.
Tuesday 16th September
- Registration, coffee and poster wall from 8:30 – we recommend you arrive early and take your time to network and get familiar with the posters!
- Conference at 10:00–17:00 (incl. complimentary lunch)
- Self-funded conference dinner in the floating panorama Restaurant Meripaviljonki at 19:30. According to sustainability, fish and vegetable options will be available.
Wednesday 17th September
- Morning coffee, poster wall and networking at 9:00–9:30
- Conference workshops (and two more presentations) at 9:30–12:30
- Networking and complimentary lunch together before heading home at 12:30–14:00
- The event ends at 14:00 pm.
Agenda
- The conference agenda is published.
- Each country will have the possibility to expose a poster on their IPS activity. Information has been sent to the network by email.
Registration
The conference is fully booked and the registration is closed.
Registration to the conference dinner is closed. Those registered will receive a reminder of their menu choice before the dinner.
All interested are warmly welcome to follow the conference's first day (Tuesday 16th) speeches remotely. You don't need to register for remote participation - please find the stream link below.
