Focus
Social workforce development for local government structures (kebele, woreda); Regional and national consultations to define priorities for TVET-level curriculum development of social workers. Piloting of multi-professional frontline action between agricultural, social and health workers; African Regional TRANSFORM Training.
Planned outcome
Systematization of multi-professional SP capacity development for the most local level social protection professionals.
Coordination
Coordination with the activities of other SP and PSNP development partners, particularly Unicef.
