EU-SPS co-operation with Vietnam
Focus
Facilitating the transfer of SP in-service capacity development from international consultants to Vietnamese training organisations. Assisting Vietnamese organisations in designing and delivering new SP training courses, sound business plans and partnership with local ministries in order to ensure the sustainability of the courses.
Planned outcome
Social protection course contents adapted to the Vietnamese context. Institutional arrangements, sound business plans, partnership and resource mobilization strategies to make the SP courses sustainable.
Coordination
Coordination with UNDP, EPRI, GIZ, National Economics University and Heidelberg University
