Complete the entire course or choose the sections best suited for you
Educational institutions and organisations can utilise the course materials in a variety of different ways. Each lecture serves as an independent information entity, which means that it is also possible to complete only the best-suited sections instead of the whole course.
The online course materials are well-suited also for management and supervisory personnel. Moreover, the course materials are perfect for development work within the organisation, such as team events and development days.
As a shortcut, we have divided the complete course entity into smaller sections, so that you can choose the suitable parts according to your field or position.

Authors of the online course
The course has been developed as part of the Government action plan Equal Finland, which combats racism and promotes good relations between population groups.
The contents of the online course on anti-racism have been created in collaboration with professionals, researchers, and anti-racism specialists, who also belong to the target group of the course. The team members represent different fields and work in both the public and private sector as well as in non-governmental organisations.
THL has overseen the implementation of the project, coordinated and steered the planning of course contents, and taken part in the production work.
The project partner in the development of the online course was Tuotantoyhtiö Opetuselokuvat Oy, who produced the video materials for the course. The Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Employment of Finland, and the Ministry of Social Affairs and Health have been involved in the project both as partners in content development and as funding providers. However, the project was mainly funded from the European Union’s Asylum, Migration, and Integration Fund (AMIF).
